1. Operational Nature of Referral Service

Roof Expert USA operates exclusively as an emergency intake and referral platform. We connect residential and commercial property owners with independent, third-party roofing contractors operating along the Wasatch Front. Roof Expert USA is not a roofing contractor, does not hold a contracting license under Utah Code Title 58, Chapter 55, and does not perform physical construction, roof repairs, or engineering services.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All dispatched roofing contractors are independent business entities and not employees, agents, or partners of Roof Expert USA. Dispatched contractors are required to hold active R100 General Roofing or B100 General Contractor licenses with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL). Any contract, estimate, warranty, or financial transaction is executed exclusively between the property owner and the independent contractor.

3. Limitation of Liability

Roof Expert USA disclaims all liability for property damage, personal injury, workmanship disputes, contractor delays, or financial claims arising from work performed by dispatched independent contractors. Property owners are urged to independently verify contractor licensing, insurance coverage, and warranty terms prior to authorizing repair work.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
